Has anyone replaced the “standard duty” HL3Z-8005-A radiator with an aftermarket CSF 8095 heavy duty radiator for improved engine temps while towing?

 

Yes plenty of people have and it’s the same thing as the Full-Race radiator. You might see the Full-Race name thrown around more so than CSF, because I believe they were sold exclusively through full-race until a couple years ago.
