Very long story short, certain electronic devices don't seem to like our 2KW inverter. Measured the outlet voltages and the ground to hot/neutral is reading 280 VAC. I've never seen or heard of anything like this. Hot to neutral is the expected 120 VAC but I suspect this crazy voltage on the ground is what's causing the issues.

I've tried numerous times talking to the dealer and calling Ford... neither of them have any real knowledge about this inverter and just say bring it in. I'd prefer to not bring it in if this is (somehow) normal for this inverter. Is there anyone out there with the 2KW inverter that can check their ground to neutral/hot voltages? It would be a big help.
