That's way too many miles in my opinion...think of how many things are ready to let go at 150k, nevermind 254k

I wouldn't do it whatsoever unless it was free or close to it. Way to many miles on a truck that you do not know the history of.

OK, $3,700.00 is a reasonable price.
Things to take into consideration, service history, non-existant walk away, good service history, check underneath for oil leaks, check steering while a friend turns the wheel, take a crowbar or large screwdriver to the track rod ends, should be no movement.
Engine get thoroughly warm before taking for a test drive, let truck slow to almost stop, and floor it, any bad hesitation or stalling is big trouble. Transmission, check it changes smoothly, once again, make sure it is thoroughly warm or hot. Having done all those checks, get underneath again, and check for oil leaks.

Cannot stress enough the need of good service history. Lots of bargains about at the moment, take your pick and find the best!!! Any doubts walk away.

Good luck Billabong

According to KBB, it would worth only about $3000 if in good condition
