Default 2020 F-150 Lariat Driver Seat

New to the forum and a new F-150 owner. Purchased a 2020 F-150 Lariat, used with 25k miles. The problem I am having is with the drivers seat. It is very hard to the point of pain after a 2 hour drive. Not something that was glaring during a 10 minute test drive. This is the nicest vehicle I have ever owned but easily the hardest seat and most uncomfortable. Is it possible the seat's padding is already shot? Is this the design of the seat? I am 6'1 260 lbs for reference. Appreciate any feedback.

Yes, the seats are very hard in the Lariat, I had a 2018 F350 XLT that I added Katskinz leather to and they were a lot more comfortable. My 2017 F150 XL work truck with vinyl seats are softer than the Lariat seats.
