2020/2021 which one
So i am currently looking at a 2020 Lariat and placing the order this month, but i also know the 2021 is coming.
What is the senses, wait for 2021 or order?

There’s really no way for anyone to answer this question since the 21 hasn’t been fully revealed.

Pick either one...they look pretty much identical!

Do you care about having the latest and greatest? If you do then go ahead and wait a few months.
If you don't and like the 13th gen, go ahead and buy now.

Getting a 2020 is going to save some cash. They won't be discounting the 2021s as much in the beginning and they'll probably have yet another price increase. I recently picked up a 2019 XLT Sport with FX4 and I got $16K off sticker. It would've only been about $9-10K off for an equivalent 2020.

Having known better but still bought a 2015 1st year remodel, I will never do that again. So many little issues and continuing problems. I'd buy the 2020 and wait a few years for the little things to get fixed.

Do you still have your Lightning or Cobra? I remember you from the Turbo Buick forums several years ago.

If you would like to be an early adopter of the next generation of truck, you might want to wait. I do believe the Sync 4 will be better and the 2021 will have a larger screen. However the drawback is of course the kinks that need to be worked out will be something that directly affects you if you buy a 2021.

2021 will be on the lots in November, BUT, first year production of a new design? 2020 last year production of current design? While the drivetrain will be the same, the tech won't be, and that is usually where all the bugs reside, as well as part fit and finish, usually takes until Job 2 or 3 before they get the assembly line straightened out. If you can wait a few months, see what the 2021 has over the 2020 before deciding.
