I was looking to make a simple mod that I loved on my previous truck - the black steel tail light guards. I've looked everywhere for something for my 2019 but it looks like nothing is in the market? Anybody also do this for their 2019? Thanks. PIC is only for reference.

 

I honestly cannot say I’ve seen those on an F150 since maybe the 11th gen (04-08).

 

Yep I'm not seeing anything either. Only those plastic covers, no wire protectors like in your pic OP.
