Default 2018 f150 drive mode button no function?

I have a 2018 xlt 3.5 and pulled a trailer today and the drive mode button didn’t work. In park even it doesn’t seem to function. Anyone know if this is a simple fuse? I figured if it’s a fuse I’ll swap it myself before taking it to the dealer. Anyone had this happen?

Welcome to the forum!!

Don't think it's a fuse. Do the manual shift buttons work? If the manual shift buttons don't work then connector to the shifter might not be connected, on a column shift trucks. The connector is inside the steering column bezel.

If it's a floor shift and the connector wasn't plugged in you would not be able to get the truck out of park, because they are all on the same connector.

I would take it to the dealer and let them fix it.

I had to trace those circuits out when I moved my shifter from the column to the floor.
