2017 Ford F150 Pricing
I am buying a 2017 F-150 XLT 2.7L ecoboot 4x4 SuperCrew. I am using the X-plan. The dealer offered me $5300 rebate after X-Plan price. X-plan price is ~$5K below MSRP, so roughly I will get $10.3K off in total. For my trade in, the dealer is matching the price from CarMax/KBB appraisal.
Is this a good deal? Thanks!

There's always someone who will say they did much better on their purchase and you are paying too much. LOL
In my opinion it is a good deal and you would have a hard time finding a dealer that would beat it.

There are many threads on pricing. In short, invoice, minus holdback, minus rebates is a good price.
X-Plan is great because you don't negotiate, and you get $100 max on paperwork, when many dealers charge absurd amounts like $499. Since X-Plan is a tad over invoice, X-Plan minus rebates is not as good since the dealer keeps the holdback. But it's easy.
How much off MSRP it is is meaningless.
As to the trade, depends if you're getting sales tax off that also, which some states allow and others do not. You'd get more with a private sale, but lose that tax savings if applicable.
Also, make sure you're maximizing your Ford Credit rebates, as discussed often on the forum.
Stick around and read the forums and learn a great deal.
