does anyone know if the chmsl is the same as the 2016? do you tap inot it or splice it? its got the 2.7 if that matters
my 2013 was much easier to wire up the cap

I know that this post is a couple of months old but for others who were looking (like me) try searching for this document: 20160720_49_2015-current_Ford_F150_Wiring.pdf

I checked my 2017 XLT and the purple/white wire that this document calls out is in the harness that runs to the back of the cab. I didn't check to see if the same wire terminated at the CHMSL.
