2016 F150 Lariat - Ignition Coil Problems HELP
Hey Guys,
Out of sheer desperation I have bought the 6 Coils & Plugs myself to do a simple swap however the wiring harness wont release from the Coil - Due to the limited space available and that I have also had 3 spine surgeries I cannot maintain that arched position over the engine for any period of time to try to wiggle free -
Is there any tool available that would fix to the wiring harness/Coil that would help to remove ? I asked the dealer the price to replace all 6 coils & plugs and he came in at $2,600 - which is absolute robbery considering I bought absolutely everything to do this myself for $600.
Any suggestions would be GREATFULLY Appreciated.

I've found that sliding the lock out, pushing in on the connector, pressing the catch and start pulling the connector. They're not always easy.
Sometimes a small flathead screwdriver will help with pushing the latching part in but you have ot be carefull because they do get brittle.
