Default 2016 f150

So recently I’m put new pads and rotors on the front the next morning I went to drive and my passenger caliper was seized for so I thought, I replaced it and all was fine for about 50 miles then does it again i then replaced the hose and still no solution. Come to find out the pads only go one way so I put them correct way with ears to inside and it drove just fine last night now this morning it’s stuck again. Any input would be appreciated thanks

Conman04...
Welcome!

... stuck again...
The condition may be the result of the initial wrong installation of the pads. e.g. contamination or warpage of the rotor or even improper torquing of the lug nuts. Would recommend a tear-down inspection.
