Default 2016 actuator problem.

Good evening, been having some werid problem with my truck for the last couple months. So once the weather changed and got cold my truck has been acting werid. When I start my truck it automatically goes into Limp mode locking me in 3rd gear and my engine fan starts running, but after letting my truck warm up, usally have to drive it until the transmission gets above 170 and restart the truck, then it works perfectly fine, but when the tranny temp drops below like 130 it goes right back into limp mode. I’ve checked the engine code and it tells me P0657 for Actuator Supply Voltage "A" Circuit/Open. I’ve checked my transmission fluid and it’s fine, all fuses are good, I had my lead frame replaced almost a year ago. Truck just hit 130k miles. It’s the v8 5.0 6 speed. Thanks in advance. Trying to see if I can fix it before spending an arm and leg at a dealer.
