2015 f150 concept revealed

Meaner than ymeski56
I'm also not sure what's up with the roof and the thing sticking out of the tailgate, probably a rack. Grille is a bit too busy and the tow mirrors (I think that's what the mirrors are) look like a downgrade. Don't really know what to think of the interior...

Personally I love it, and I could see this styling to be more in line with Platinum's. What will really be nice to see is how that will translate through the packages from XLT's, XTR's, STX's, FX2/FX4, Lariat, Platinum, Harley and of course King Ranches.
Obviously being a concept they've done a number of things that just wont be the case with the production vehicle. As someone already mentioned, it's already been leveled, and we all know that the truck makers these days are in a rush to see who can drop their truck to the ground in order to eek out that extra .5 mpg. Case and point:
Hell I bet you'd rip out the front valence if you ran over a misplaced baseball. Pretty bad when you absolutely have to go and get a lift after you pick it up from the dealership just to use anywhere other then on pavement.
For me, this concept truck shows what an excellent stance this truck will hopefully end up with. It appears to have more of a shortened cab portion (height), with the body coming up further (height). It also seems as though they have increased the rake in the windshield, which hopefully doesn't detract from what I feel is currently a great performing windshield (Don't really know how to justify that statement beyond having been in several european cars of late where the windshields were absolute crud - scratched easily, which in turn caused a kind of glare/optical muddying. and typically wipers didnt clear well, etc). Also, unless my eyes deceive me it looks as though those fender flares actually flare, and aren't just a recessed flare like in the 09+ models.

Don't know about you guys, but its just a much cleaner and exciting symmetry. Can't wait to upgrade from my 2010 FX4.
Also check out some of the features mentioned here.
Bout damned time. Finally we can have an acceptable ride height and keep those vaunted mpg #'s good.

There's also a drop-down, front wind spoiler that lowers at highway speeds to improve underbody airflow and detracts at low speeds to improve ground clearance as well as auto-deploying running boards.
