Curious, dropping mine off tomorrow rear window defroster crapped out last year. So I finally took it to ford turns out they have to replace the rear window.
I thought it was simple like the switch or a relay, has anyone had the same issue.

I have read several posts about this.


If they look up the defroster parts it covered under warranty, if they look up the rear glass is it not.

dealer checked it Friday, Ford ok it under warranty.

Typical problem, I had mine done last year under warranty.
