Default 2011 Limited problem

Hey guys new to this forum,not sure if its in the right place to post this sorry if in wrong area, i have a 2011 limited with 7500km on it, lately when im driving truck just stops,nothing works not even hazared lights,turn the key and not even a click,then open the hood look around dont touch nothing ,close the hood and truck starts again,then i have to reset power running boards because they switch to off from auto, anyone with similiar problem, its going to ford tomorrow

Of course ford was not able to replicate the problem, so they told me next time it cuts out just leave it and call them,so i guess i wait till it happens again

"Couldn't replicate the prob and the computer di-int store any codes, so it di-int happen..............."

Gotta love them 'Techs' these days.

Most of them couldn't flip burgers satisfactorily, so the FoMoCo hired them.

Sounds like a battery ground issue possibly. I would check all connections as an easy thing to do at home.

Back to ford again,this time with video,they still have no clue
you can check video on you tube (sergio ford) let me know what you think

Finally happen at Ford when the truck didn't start, and 2 days later the figured it out, the clamp connecting to the battery was cracked, simple problem even i didnt see that and i looked at the engine so many times.

Glad they found the cause. It's does seem that problems such as these are usually something small, and difficult to find. Thanks for posting the cure. I'll file it in the back of my mind just in case.
