Morning!


Looking to see if anyone else has heard of or is having the same issue I now find with my 2011 F150 Platinum.


Late last week all the audio in my truck turned off while driving (no nav sound, no Bluetooth sound for my phone connection, and no radio etc...). Initially the sound came back sporadically (but only temporarily before going off again) and now not all. What I get is a message in the bottom right corner of my nav screen that says "Maximum Volume". Nothing I do will remove it. I have done a master reset several times and even pulled the fuses last night for the radio and amplifier.


My truck is a few thousand km's out of warranty and am hoping someone might be able to share some resolution ideas.
