Default 2009 F-150 hard starting and stumbling on cold start up

hey guys, just wanted to see if anyone had any issues with their 5.4 3v when starting it in cold weather after it’s been siting for a few hours or over night. when i go to start mine, it will start up, stumble then die. there will be some black smoke. sometimes there isn’t. hit the key again and it will start up stumble and sound like it’s missing, then smooth out. no misfire codes. once it warms up it runs fine. it has 223,600 miles and i’m just trying to hold out until summer time when i’m gonna give in upgrade to an Ecoboost. i’ve replaced MAF, spark plugs, COPs, fuel injectors, cleaned the TB, tested fuel pressure and it’s within specs, and i have a TPS on the way. all motorcraft parts. just wanted to see what all you guys might have to say, or any advice you can give. thanks!!
