Will the wheels, running boards and head unit from a 2005 King Ranch fit on my 2008 XL?

I assume the wheels will. I'm also very interested in the head unit, since the XL only comes with radio. Not sure I want the running boards, but might ask him to throw them in.

 

Wow, that's rough. I figured someone would at least tell me that it was a stupid question and I should go away... But I didn't get any response. Is it that hard of a question?

Anyone ever upgraded the deck in the XL with a higher end unit from a higher end F150?

 

Wheels will fit . Running boards should you have to check if yours is the same cab configuration . If the guy is close to you you could see if he would let you plug it in I'm not sure if ford vin locks radios like other manufactures do .

The wheels will fit for sure. But the running boards most likely will not since KR's are the super cabs and I'm assuming your XL is a regular cab, the mounts for the boards won't line up.
Also that head unit is for the trucks with the audiophile package, it would work on yours but your speakers will have no bass since the head unit is for the trucks with the factory sub.

I didn't go with that head unit. I bought a double DIN Kenwood and it works great!
