2008 OBDII codes question
Hello, I'm looking into buying a 2008 F150 with these codes. I want to understand what this sentence means : "Test is inhibited by another DTC, Test has not been completed, Validated and stored in non-volatile memory, Validated fault present at time of request, A validated fault was present during this drive cycle". Thanks

The message is from your scanner or its software.
It basically means that there is a higher priority fault that is present so that particular test cannot run due to a failure of a prerequisite test.
Start by fixing the EGR issue, reset the PCM, and retest to move forward.
