Default 2006 exhaust manifold and tune up

hey everyone this is my first post but I'm in a world of confusion. So I did a tune up on my 5.4 triton and after removing 5 broken plugs I Took it for test drive. Literally immediately after I had loss of power and my exhaust manifold was leaking extremely bad . Is it even possible for the tune up to have helped this happen

Most likely just a coincidence. Those motors have a history of warped exhaust manifolds. Had to change one in my 07 a couple of years ago.

Ya I was thinking about switching to a set of torque tube shortys I figured they where warped it just seemed odd but I had loss of power before the tune up which was still there after and could feel the exhaust gases blowing. Turns out I was thinking wrong all along tapped my drivers side cat with a hammer and hear a rattle so I cut a 1/4" slit right before it about 50% around and toiler her for a drive. Got all my power back. Time to change those cats.
