Default 2005 f150 5.4 flutter when accelerating

Well been a while since I've been on here or tinkered since I got rid of my 04 but recently I got a 2005 f150 she's making the same fluttering noise as my 2004 did which had to do with timing...now there is a code for one of my 02 sensors which I will be replacing shortly and I did just replace a camshaft position sensor but anyone else wanna throw an idea out there other than this being a timing and or cam phaser issue???

You may have a fuel pressure issue. Check your Fuel Pump Driver Module (FPDM). It cost nothing to check your Fuel Pump Driver Module located on rear frame cross member above your spare. Known to crack and corrode due to dissimilar metals contacting each other. Water enters and shorts out the circuit board causing the fuel pump to not work properly. The frame is steel, the backing plate of the FPDM is aluminum. This is a well known and documented issue on 04-08 F150's.

Check and make sure the bolts on the throttle body are secure.

Air inlet hose secure?
