Default 2004 (not a heritage) transmission parts?

I have a 2004 F150 with the 4.6, automatic transmission. I’m needing to replace my shift solenoids. The ones I’m finding are for 99-04 or 05-08. But mine is not a heritage, it’s the new body style. Do I buy the 99-04 parts or the 05-08 parts? Anybody familiar with this?

You likely (90%) have a 4R75E transmission. The easiest way to confirm is to look at the drivers side of the transmission (side with the shift cable attached) and confirm you have two electrical sensors attached about half way up the side vs old style (4R75W) with one sensor towards back. 4R70E and 4R75E are basically the same. The older style 4R70W and 4R75W are basically the same with slightly different load ratings..
