I have a 2001 XLT with door mirror control that will not allow me to move the mirrors up. I can move down and to either side. I need to know how to remove and replace this switch. thanks for any help.

Just pop the panel with all the switches off, just your hands no tools needed and then it should have a couple clips to compress and it will pop out for ya.
