If you have done all that, have power and ground, watch the door lock rod tip that sticks out the top of the door panel. If it twitches when you hit the lock or unlock switch you have bad actuators. If they don't twitch pop off the door panel. Locate the door lock actuator connector and unplug it. put a paper clip in the ground end of your test light and stick it in one side of the connector and put the light end of in on the other wire. Hit the switch and if the light lights up you have a bad actuator. If there is no power your switch or the wires between the switch and actuator is bad. Look for the same color wires that you just tested at the actuator and find them coming out of the switch. Test them the same as you did at the actuator. NOW FINALLY if you have power coming out of the switch to the actuator, but no power at the actuator you have a wiring problem. If there is no power coming out of the switch you have a bad switch. It's really a pretty easy diagnosis if you go step by step. Hopefully you figure it out in less time than it took me to type this.

yea it twiches do you no how much one of those actuators is

Since you don't have time to mess with my nonsense post:
If the rod tips move or it unlocks from hitting unlock over and over it's actuators.
If one switch works both doors and one doesn't its the switch.
If one door locks and unlocks and one door doesn't, it's the actuator.
If neither switch does anything check fuse 8 under the hood.

hey your post wasnt really that hard to read least you did put steps in there some people just tell you something that might fix it

passenger side: no
Driver side: hell yes

Not as much electronic BS in the passenger door so the hardest part would be removing the door panel, thats just a few screws and some sliding and prying.
