Default '20 backup camera recall replacement, no guidelines?

Our '20 had the backup camera recall. Camera didnt have issues, but they finally got one at the dealer and offered to replace the recalled one. They replaced it and now there are no backup guidelines on the screen. There are no options on the screen or in the settings to enable them. Dealer said they need to order another one.

Is it possible that this is an option the needs to be set with an OBD computer?

This is not a General F150 Discussion...

Consider posting in the year specific forums which better serve non-general F-150 issues/topics.

Also... Given that it's a recall issue and being addressed by the dealership's service department, would recommend posing questions to them. *They (should) have FoMoCo trained ASE technicians.

I thought I had put it in that section, but it looks like you moved it. Thanks!

I called Ford, and they do not show this as a recall. If I can't figure it out myself, the next step is a $210 charge for them to diagnose.
