2.7 Cat back
When I was looking for my current truck, there was a 17 FX4 supercab that was almost identical to mine (mine's 2wd though, not FX4). It had more miles than I wanted, but I still drove it to be sure. It didnt take me long to realize it had an aftermarket exhaust, and while I had no intention of buying a truck with that many miles, the obnoxious sound coming from the exhaust sealed the deal. It sounded god awful.
As I age, I'm getting to the point that even on a V8, if it's a daily driver, I don't want to listen to an aftermarket exhaust. I damn sure don't want to listen to a small v6 with one. For a weekend toy, no problem (V8 that is). I installed a catback on my 17 mustang when I had it, after 5 years of stock exhaust on a truck, and the catback came off within a couple of days. Driving 75mph at over 2000 rpm on my way to work was unbearable.
