Does this only raise my truck's front end or will it make my whole truck lift? I would like to lift my truck just like 3" but if this will do the whole truck it would be good.

 

normally a leveling kit raises the front end of your truck to make it Level with the rear end...thus the name "Leveling kit" If you want to raise your whole truck...you would want a lift kit...this will Lift your whole truck and possibly even level it for you depending on which kit you buy.

You can combine a normal front leveling kit with a set of AALs or blocks for lift out back.

Add a leaf, basically adds a spring to your stock leaf spring pack.

I was wondering if they made coil spring spacers that were like 3 to 4 inches becaue im looking to lift the front 3 inches with coil spacers and lifting the back with 2 inch blocks on my 92 ford f150 4x4

 

3 spacers inch is the biggest I have seen.
