Recently bought 99 f150 lariat ext cab w/4.6 rwd. Found out my x frame those holds the rear shock mounts and spare tire has rusted off completely on the drivers side. Is there any place on this planet that has a replacement ?

Junk Yards South of the Mason-Dixon line. I am not totally joking since I am sure there are some scrap yards in the South will ship parts to you.
My 1993 F150 rear leaf spring frame mounts rusted away. I bought the truck used in Dallas about 10 years ago and it already had rust problems. It then spent 7 years in Michigan before I moved to Mississippi. I went to a u-pull yard down here and could not believe to condition of the vehicles, most zero rust. The leaf spring frame mounts that I bought looked new and still had the factory paint with zero bubbles.
Call a few yards in Mobile, Gulfport, New Orleans etc
