1997 f 150 error code

1997 f 150 error code

I have 97 f 150 5.8 with 160000 miles and am getting error code po171 and 174 error codes. I cleaned maf and still getting same error code. Have any ideas.

Lean condition detected on banks 1 & 2....first thought was a bad HGOS, but both sensors usually do not fail simultaneously.

....best bet is a vacuum leak somewhere.
