Default 1996 f150 302 lost power

truck has lost power over entire rpm range and has a slight miss under load. On A hill that I use to take in 5th gear at 1500 rpm I now have to use 4th at 1750 rpm. The truck had 80 K on it when I got it and now has 90K

Ignition; plugs titanium look like new, wires 8mm silicon made in USA The distributor cap was aluminum and I replaced with bronze. All have 10K on them except new cap.

Fuel; Pump and filter have 10k on them. Fuel pressure at turn on is 33lb with no vacuum it is 43lb at 3000 rpm it is 32lb.

EGR valve; removed and tested and works as it should. Very little carbon build up
What should I look at next??? Any help would be appreciated.

Compression test, sounds like you have a dead cylinder...

It doesn't take that long.

I'd bet its the plugs. I have same motor and run motocraft single plat, that is spec for the motor and theyll last a long time. I bet your plugs are finewire, the ignition in a 96 is not advanced enough for that type plug. A 96 Explorer 302 has coil packs ect and would maybe run those.

Im suprised those plugs didnt make it run bad from the get go.
