Besides the fact that I was born that year, what makes that model so great? Honestly curious as I have been thinking over the past few years of eventually getting a 1970's-1980's model and fixing it up.

oops... i just saw xlt BEST FORD EVER. Learned how to drive on an 86 xlt F150 straight V6 stick shift. Sorry ol timer, thanks for the memories
