Default 12 volt outlet

i have a 2004 Ford F150 and the fuses for the cigar outlet and the 12volt outlet went out at the same time. i changed the fuses and the front and the back seat area outlets are working fine, i can't seem to find the fuse for the 12 volt. i have the manual and have checked them with a tester, but i must be over looking something has anyone had this problem.

It can be the outlet itself. If you can remove it or pull dash apart to get to it, it should have one wire on it. Take a test light or a voltmeter on DC current and see if you have 12 volts to that wire.
