Default 10r80

I have a 2020 f150 5.0 with 10r80 it has 48k miles and it’s having bad shifts and it’s seems to be the CDF drum and I rather just swap it entirely to a 2023 plus 10r80 but I’m not sure if it would be a direct swap or not or would I have wiring issues I know I would have to reprogram it and and everything just not sure if it would be remove the current one and put in the 2023 one with no adaptions or anything if anyone knows pls let me know.

Its only February. So you should be in the 5/60k powertrain mile warranty. Have it checked out.

"Seems" means you don't know for sure? I assume this transmission has never been serviced? Was this trans one that might qualify for the CDF TSP fix (assuming it really is the CDF)? I would have someone competent check it out before I just did a trans swap. Know the problem, then fix it-

Have you tried deleting the learning tables and disabling it with Forscan? it didn't fix my tranny entirely, this 10 speed is not the greatest, but it's quite acceptable now.
