And then I had to do a three point turn and then back the trailer down a good sized drive

Bought seven 18 kg sandbags and put in the box of my truck across the axle. It sure helps. In 2wd I was slipping and sliding, but with the added weight I was doing much better. With the 2wd differential locked or in 4H I was crawling through the snow like a cat.

Went and got some last minute stuff for opening season tmw. Then went looking for a tool box and walked out with rigid duallys  .Rushed home to remove the nfab light bar so I could install the lights, but wires were to short.

If I was Dave on the show Gold Rush, I just pulled an 18 wheeler hauling 50k plus pounds out of a muddy road with my Ford pickup. Boom.

We did that on wheat harvest with my boss's 6.4. Slick clay and the truck slid in a ditch. Truck was maybe 2/3 full but we got it out

That was pretty sweet, all four wheels slinging mud... The tank of water in the bed helped for sure!
