My truck and I went to town to sign up for my personal fitness. A little cardio and weights never hurt any one.

I purchased my vehicle registration / licence plates!

just purchased the truck on Monday, but got the dealer to add a spray in bedliner and throw mudflaps in for me to install.

The dealer is going to have someone deliver it (230 kilometers) to my work tomorrow, which also happens to be my birthday.

F150 XLT with the 302A pkg, & the XLT Sport Pkg 3.5 Ecoboost eng,3.55 locking rear axle, & Max Trailer Tow pkg, also has the skid plates, & Voice Nav.

Weight training is my favorite! It's tough but so worth it. Good luck!

Nothing to fancy or exciting. Just changed out a burned tail light bulb.

Put the factory Ford hood protector/bug deflector or whatever you call it on her. Not sure if I like the look of it or not, but I hate stone chips on the front of the hood. Lots of oil field trucks dropping mud and rocks on the roads around here so I need some kind of protection.

Sometimes you gotta put function ahead of looks.

Sometimes the bug deflector doesn't look bad on vehicles... and other times it does lol

I had to replace a reverse light bulb. I had these 7w projector bulbs that were pretty bright and liked them so I bought a few extra sets years ago. Last year, one side went out so I replaced it but it was my last set (only used one). I looked online and there were these new 45 LED 921 bulbs that claimed 1000 lumens so I ordered a few sets but never installed them. They were $3/pr from china so I ordered 3 sets (6 weeks to receive) to keep on hand.

The other side went out a few days ago so I figured I'd test the new bulbs to see if they're as bright or just stick with the 7w bulbs I had. The new ones are as bright or brighter but also throw light to the sides rather than like a flashlight beam of the 7w.

The old 7w bulbs I had

The new ones I just installed

The new bulbs are on Amazon for $10/pr but with Prime 2 day shipping. I got mine from eBay for $3/pr and took about 4 weeks.
