When turning slightly to the left or right I can feel a click when stopped and when moving. What is causing this?

 

Can't say for sure, but most common problems are,,,, bearings in the steering column . It is a bad habit to grab the steering wheel to help get into the truck. Guilty of it myself. Another problem is sometimes the universal joints in the steering shaft can get sticky. Try spraying them down with some good lube.
