Default '03 Won't start

My daughter borrowed my 03 F150 since her car was in the shop. She left the lights on while in school, drained the battery, had a friend jump the truck, and drove it home. Now it won't start...replaced the battery , thinking it was bad and it still won't start...all I get is single "click" sound. Was wondering if anyone had any ideas....starter, is there any kind of fuse/breaker I can check?

Cleaned the terminals, tightened them down, all the electronics come on, but still won't start and still only get a single "click" sound.
