So I am about to trade or sell my 2012 F150 and go to a Super Duty with the 6.7 Diesel. Looking at a Lariat most likely and going through options I see that voice activated navigation is a $570 option. I was wondering what navigation options are already included with Sync 3 or that if I can use my connected iPhone and get along just fine without the optional nav system. Thoughts?

You can get along with your iPhone. Mine came with 5 years XM traffic and weather, etc. So it all ties into the Nav which is nice.
$570 sounds like a lot but you don't usually end up paying full list for options anyway.

Totally up to you but if you are not custom ordering I think may be a challenge finding a Lariat without voice nav.
