Well after reading the yay's and nay's about keeping emissions in tact and upgrading around them I went with s&b cai and a manga flow back 5" no muffler. And I can tell you this woke truck up pretty good. Now I know I will catch flack for not deleting and in no way am I saying what I did is better but turbo is louder sounds great, throttle response way better and this thing spools and launches much much better than stock. Sound is little better than stock but nothing crazy! By the way I have a 15 lariat screw sb on 20's
