Default New to Super Dutys

Hi All,

I am not new to this forum but new to the Super Duty side. I traded my 2012 F150 in on this new truck. Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself to the big boy club and look forward to all the useful info that I can read up on.

I just bought my first one too. I really like the truck so far. What is yours a 250 or 350? What trim etc?

Mine is a 250 lariat. It's fully loaded, more stuff than I wanted but it was a good price. I think the coolest thing it has is an engine brake.

Mine is a 350XL DRW, with basic power options and some upgrade features like sirius and bluetooth etc. The engine brake is very nice when pulling my GN, really keeps the brake use to a minimum. After driving both 16s and 17s, I really found I liked the 16s better.

Yeah I drove a 17 too and I liked it but the 16 felt better. Plus the rebates were hard to pass up. I didn't think the 17 was good enough to justify the price.

Really loving the 16 by now, its actually very pleasant to drive around town. The 8 foot bed has saved me two trailer hookups already

Thanks, I am very partial to black trucks but I fell in love with this color when I saw it.

I haven't had a Red Ford or any red vehicle for 30 yrs, I was really burned out on the Blues, this Ruby Red is a beautiful Color and a nice change.
