Default New to me 2014 f250sd.

Just traded my 2012 F150 6.2 screw for a 2014 F250sd screw diesel.

Looks great. What prompted the upgrade?

Looks great, I just went up to a 16 SD 350 as well. How do you like it so far? I cant believe how smooth the power delivery is, and how quiet they are. The ride of my LWB dually crew is pretty amazing as well for a truck with a 14k GVWR.

I wanted a truck more payload and heaver axles. I know a superduty would be the way to go. I was torn and getting a gas or diesel until i test drove them both. I was able to hook my travel trailer to both and the diesel was the right choice for me. I could have gotten a gasser, but i dont like running the high rpm it does when going up a good grade. Plus, by having the diesel i am set for any for future upgrades. ie a fifth wheel.

so far, its been fun to drive. the engine is very quiet compared to the older diesels. Acceleration is smooth, with very little delay.
