Default Looking at a high mileage V10

Looking at buying a truck for my work. It's a 2008 250 with the V10 and just under 200k on the clock. It was a Kansas Turnpike Authority vehicle so I know it has some routine maintenance. Any major issues with these beasts I should be wary of? Gas mileage is not a concern but I do need it to run and so far the internet posts I have read seem to indicate it does well at high miles; just wondering about personal experiences.

We Have a V10 in one of our hot shot trucks. Its 99 F-350 and has 548,000km on it. It has outlasted 2 of out 7.3L trucks which was very surprising.

Only issue was we broke 2 spark plugs during a tune up. Same problem happens in the 5.4L. Maybe the newer engine has addressed this design issue. If buying from a dealer get them to change plugs before you buy so the risk is on them.
