Oh well i don't think there's a whole lot of aftermarket for the 6.4 because they are running a compound turbo set up, turbos tend to be really expensive so I'd just fix whichever stock one is going bad.

you can get replacement turbos that are factory shell and have bigger internals for around 3k with core... and a 6.4 with tune, dpf and egr deletes, intake will be upwards of 550-575hp dependin on tune... my old truck dynoed at 588hp 1181tq with a custom tune

sold this one about a year ago, hated to see it go but i started getting tired of working on it and i got back what i paid for it after owning it for a year. and then i bought my 08 f-150

I'm thinking about Getting a 99 f250 7.3

Tired of 600/mo on the stang--and only being able to use it on the roads pssh...
