But seriously though, it def is unique and one of a kind, and whoever did it did a really good job cuz it looks like it could be stock to me. (but what do i know?)

Ford did it. They use that tape to break up the body lines on their pre-production vehicles. That's just an 08 pre-production vehicle that someone forgot to take the tape off of.
