OK sorry cant help you . suspension measurements are made from the axle tube to the frame.

it will also depend on if it is a standard cab ext cab or crew.

the crew and ext cab will have up to a 3"-4" rake front to rear and will depend if it has the optional 4" block over the stock 2"
