Convert to Floor Shift on 2019 Lariat SD?
 

Hi, All--

I ordered a 2019 F250 SuperCab Long Bed Lariat, and it comes with the bucket seats and console . . . from what I have read and seen, the console is identical to the F150 console, and as a matter of fact, an F150 console can be installed in an F250 (I've seen a "How-To" video on doing this very thing), and that the cabs are nearly identical, if not exactly identical.

However, F250's and above don't come with Floor Shifters, but F150's do . . . I was wondering if anybody might know what it would take to convert this F250 over to use the F150 Floor shifter . . .

Just off the top of my head, I can see that I would need the floor shifter, the shifter cable, the bezel around the shifter, the wiring harness for the shifter, and the floor shift steering column from the F150 (unless I can remove the shifter handle from the column) . . .

Anybody got any more info about this?

It just occurred to me that if the cabs are the same between the F150 and the F250, maybe there is someone who has already converted their F150 from Column Shift to Floor shift . . . anybody know of someone who has done this conversion?
