Default anyone know if its worth it?

So im shopping around for a truck and found what looks like it could be a gem.

its a 1992 7.3l 4x4 about 40 miles away. its got only 80,000 on the origional motor. but it has broken exhaust clamps and a blown master cylander. im on a highschoolers income so idk if i should get it repaired or just move on. anyone know?

in my area, the engine ALONE is worth 4k. so yes (aslong as the price is right) it would be worth it.

I went out and looked at the truck. complete crap. its an automatic (strike 1) the cylander is out so id have to have it towed but the tranny is stuck in park (strike two) and doing a little snooping around i found engine rebuild paperwork. (strike 3) but it wouldve been nice to show up f150cam with an f350

to bad it wasn't atleast an extended cab (strike 4) lol.

haha yea im not a fan of reg cab. gotta have a place to throw my crap til i get the toolbox
