Default 2017 Superduty KR std equip question

The 2017 order guide seems conflicted on whether auto high beam and rain sensing wipers are std or in 96T on the king ranch. There is mention of a change for job 2. The brochure likewise, showing both as Sid. And in an option pkg.

not mentioned anywhwre on the stickers of the two CCLBs I’m looking at.

whats the experience?

Like you said, brochure says the rain sensing wipers are standard on the 2017 Super Duty King Ranch. Same with the auto high beam.

The order guide also says it comes standard on King Ranch...

From what I'm reading in the documents above, the 96T "tow tech package" is optional. Those two items are part of the tow tech package 96T but are already included in the King Ranch package as standard now. The tow tech package also has other upgrades such as adaptive steering, lane departure, trailer reverse guidance, etc.

Look at the difference in text here (copied from the order guide above):
  • Adaptive Steering (available on Lariat and King Ranch® with the Tow Tech Bundle (96T); standard on Platinum)
  • Automatic High Beam with Rain-Sensing Windshield Wipers (included in Lariat Ultimate Package (96U) and Tow Tech Pkg. (96T); standard on King Ranch® and Platinum)
According to this, the adaptive steering and highbeam/rainsensing is part of the 96T but only the highbeam/rainsensing is standard on the KR while the adaptive steering is still an option. Now if you get the 96T, you get both.
