Default 2003 250 LB. Do i offer?!

Ok once again I was driving along and I seen the nicest 250 I have ever saw... It is mint.
But has a 5.4. 149k miles. 4x4.

I know the 5.4 is weaker. But I don't tow much. A trailer my 4.6 150 does in it's sleep.

I hope this link works.

I would say that it will be under powered even worse because of the lift and tires. I personally would walk away but that is my opinion. Drive it and see if you like it. The mpg has got to be terrible on it, I would be suprised if it got over 8 in town.

It drives like it looks like it should. Sounds like a beast thou ( dual pipes; didn't ask brand goes the whole way). I watched the gas drain on the test drive around the block! Haha.
But for real with all the upgrades in this thing what would a reasonable cash offer to him be.. You guys know better then me..
Btw the truck In my picture stays in the family if/when I buy a "new" truck in the near future. ( dad got a DUI and will need a new truck soon) cheaper to take mine.

Wow, that thing is hideous! But, to each their own....

Here's my thing, the guy is selling the truck. But there is trash in the bed and it looks like it hasnt even been swept out? If he cant bother to clean the thing when he is selling it do you really think its been cared for otherwise?

Id pass on this truck for so many reasons, however the God awful paint job is the most obvious.

The paint is what stopped me from offering at all.. I would have to re paint it. And I didn't even notice the trash.. After a test drive going back to my truck felt like a speed racer... Haha.

They wanted 12 starting offer. Prolly could get it 10-10.5.. I still really liked the DVD players and kc lights.

But I LOVE my f150

It wouldn't be worth $12,000 if it were a powerstroke!
