I am posting to see if anyone else have had an issue with the actuator on the steering wheel adjusting down after turning off the vehicle. I have had new ones installed a few months ago and they are still making that same grinding noise. So is there are anyone else experiencing the same issue that I am so please comment and see if we can get this issue resolved. I have called my local Ford Dealer who replaced the actuators on my vehicle and informed them that the actuators are making that grinding noise again and I was informed that the noise was normal. Even though this issue started happening after 8 months of owning my vehicle. I am wondering if there will be a recall on this issue or we can gather enough complaints to Ford and get this issue resolved once and for all.
